The shipping costs, packaging charges, and insurance will be covered by ANBY Art.
Please note that requests for cancellations and returns due to the customer's personal convenience are not possible. Additionally, as this product is sold by online mail order, the cooling-off system does not apply.
Things to note regarding purchase item
Some of the paintings we handle are older vintage items, so there may be some scratches on the surface of the paintings, or the frames may have deteriorated over time. We request your understanding on this point, and ask that you please treat these as proof of their antiquity and authenticity. Additionally, some paintings may or may not have frames, and they will be delivered to you in their original condition.

If paying by credit card, please enter your credit card information (card authentication information) after confirming your order details. [For payment by bank transfer]: please complete payment within 10 calendar days after the order date (the "Payment Due Date"). ※ Any transaction/handling/processing fees associated with the online purchase are payable by the customer. Regarding cancellations, returns, damage, etc. |
Once a painting has been ordered, it cannot be canceled due to the customer's / purchaser's convenience, nor can it be returned after it has been shipped. However, if damage occurs during transportation, the insurance company will take care of the damage. Please contact our representative for the necessary procedures. |
